A service call/diagnostic fee may apply to all visits. This fee:

  • Covers technician travel, time, and diagnosis
  • Is non-refundable
  • Is due whether or not the repair is approved

5. Appointment Changes & Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change. If you need to modify your appointment:

  • You may reschedule at any time, subject to technician availability.
  • Please notify us as early as possible so we can adjust our schedule.
  • If our technician arrives and no one is available to provide access, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and availability cannot be guaranteed.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline, discontinue, or refuse service at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe conditions, incomplete or inaccurate information, hostile behavior, or circumstances that prevent our technicians from performing work safely or effectively.
